E-mail Forwarding
Email Forwarding - discover when it is helpful and how to enable it from your web hosting account.
The term email forwarding describes an e-mail message being forwarded from a receiving address towards a third-party address that is not listed as a receiver. For example, a client sends out an email from their private mailbox to support@domain.com and as far as they're involved, this is actually the only receiver. When there is an active forwarding, the email could be forwarded to owner@domain.com, for example, even though the customer in no way intended the message to be sent there and may not be aware about the existence of this mail box. There are several purposes for using such forwarding. For instance, if you have several emails it is easy to forward them all to a single mailbox, which can make monitoring e-mails simpler and will permit you to collect messages and respond on time. The function can also be used if a number of individuals should get a copy of an email message delivered to a standard mailbox.
E-mail Forwarding in Cloud Hosting
You will be able to forward any e-mail hosted through our system to one or more third-party addresses easily if you have a cloud hosting plan with our company. The option can be activated and disabled from the Emails area of the Hepsia Control Panel whenever you want and you'll be able to see a list of all email addresses where your correspondence is sent to. You will also have the option to keep a copy of the incoming emails on our server and have a backup if you delete anything from the remote mailbox. This option can also be very handy when there is a brief problem with the other email address. As long as it is enabled and we keep a copy of all your emails being relayed through our system, you'll not risk sacrificing e-mails.
